humm Customer Mobile App Is Now Offline
Effective September 3rd, 2025 the humm customer mobile app has officially been retired and is no longer accessible.
After reviewing customer engagement and usage trends, we found that the vast majority of humm customers prefer to manage their accounts through our secure online portal. As a result, we’ve made the decision to sunset the mobile app and focus on improving and supporting the portal experience.
What This Means for Your Clients:
- Customers will no longer be able to access the humm mobile app on iOS or Android.
- There is no impact to their ability to manage their account — all functionality remains available through the online portal, including:
- Update your repayment details
- View your balance and upcoming payments
- Make additional payments or pay off your loan early

What You Need to Know as a Partner:
- No action is required on your end.
- If a customer asks about the app or has trouble accessing their account, please direct them to the online portal or our support team.
- We’ve communicated this change directly to customers through email and in-app messaging leading up to the shutdown.
