[Mar 17, 2025] New Feature: Easily Resume Customer Purchases in humm Portal
We’re introducing a new way to help customers complete their purchases with humm! Now, staff can easily resume incomplete applications via the “Pending Purchases” tab in the humm Portal. This new feature is now live in your humm Portal, log in here.

This tab lists all purchases where customers haven’t received a credit decision or confirmed their humm loan. If a customer abandons a purchase due to interruptions, missing details, or needing more time to decide, staff can quickly send a purchase link via SMS so they can pick up where they left off or staff will be redirected to the last completed stage of the customer’s application in the humm portal.
